I made this a while back ago, and I could have sworn that I blogged it, but I guess I didn't!
This is a designer template freebie. I made it in Photoshop, and it works best when used in Photoshop. The paper layers (there's 10) are so easy to do, you just use your styles and choose pattern overlay! You can colorize it in any way that you prefer. Be sure to read over the terms before using!
